You are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information and for properly configuring call forwarding or other required phone settings.You are also responsible for determining whether Allie Desk is appropriate for your particular needs.
4. Important and Emergency Calls
Allie Desk is not an emergency service and should not be relied upon for emergency communications. If you or someone else is experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services directly.Users should not rely solely on Allie Desk for time-sensitive, medical, legal, financial, safety-related, or other critical communications.
5. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive transactional and service-related text messages from Allie Desk, including call summaries, account notifications, and customer-care communications.Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
6. Subscription and Billing
If you purchase a paid Allie Desk subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring subscription charges disclosed to you at checkout.If your subscription includes a free trial, billing will begin after the stated trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation options made available to you.

Allie Desk may rely on third-party telecommunications, artificial intelligence, payment processing, hosting, and other service providers. Availability of the service may therefore be affected by systems outside of Allie Desk's control.
